Fascial Stretch Therapy is a passive, pain-free, manual therapy that involves taking clients through a variety of fluid movements and stretches. Treatments are done on a typical massage therapy bed in comfortable attire. The movements are based on the varied fascial lines throughout the body, which cover the entire body in a web-like formation. This fascia over time can bind together and restrict movement, blood flow, even nerve signals causing pain, stiffness, anxiety, reduced athletic performance, etc.
